Justyne R. was my energy advisor, she is very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. Not only that, you can tell she cares about the customer and their individual needs. I can't speak highly enough about her and recommend her if you're looking into solar. The whole process overall has been great! I’m looking forward to my new Ion solar panels!

Excellent Cuatomer Service After comparing several different Solar company, I decided to go with ION. The first reason being my Sales person Kevin. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Answered all my questions. He did have to meet with me a couple times before I made my decision. He was very prompt. I would recommend doing business with them. We were very happy with the support from Ion Solar. It was a little confusing before we committed to our contract as we were contacted by other salespeople after we agreed to get back to the original salesperson. We are very happy with our solar system from Ion. From the first knock on our door to throwing the “on” switch the process went smoothly and as promised. All of our contacts at Ion have been courteous and caring. I would definitely recommend them if you’re in the market for solar.
Solar sales and installation Our experience with Justin at ION was great from the beginning to after installation was complete. Justin was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns. The longest part of the process was waiting on approval from the power company. We had a little issue with one of our breakers but they came out immediately and fixed it. The tax advantage and new power bill are two major advantages, in addition to helping the environment. We would recommend this to anyone!
All aspects of the installation were quick and easy. The employees were all knowledgeable and friendly.
