I have enjoyed working with Ion solar so far. They just finished the actual install of the panels and the team that cam out was outstanding! the panels themselves look very professional and are all aligned. Our sales person Karl has been great to work with along with our project manager.

So thankful we went with ION!! We've done this solar install process back in 2020 with our previous house and it was not as smooth, thorough, and transparent as it's been with ION. They have done all the work and have kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. We recently got our 13 panels installed, and it would have been done in 1 day if it weren't for the high winds. No subcontractors! Everything so far has been very smooth and we got the roof replaced as it was needed for the solar panels. It’s been very easy to work with this company, and so far everyone I have talked to works for ion so no subcontractors which is nice as I can just reach out to ion if something is wrong.
It's been a great experience working with ION solar. I think it took about three months from meeting with the sales team to turning on the panels. I wish all businesses and governments worked this way. It was like a white-glove delivery service with ION working on our behalf with our HOA, local govt and electric company to get this completed. Ion Solar and all their representatives have been nothing but professional and communicative throughout the whole process. They walked us through the design, permitting, and installation. So far, I am incredibly happy with the ease of the whole thing. We are still waiting for city and utility inspection, but I anticipate no issues and the installation appears to me to meet all requirements.
It’s been a great experience so far. We’ve been very pleased with ION solar so far in the process. Starting with our initial meeting with Garet, who was super friendly, patient and professional as he explained how the process works, ION has taken care of every step since. The communication has been great and the panels went up relatively quickly and smoothly. We are excited to start using them. I would recommend this company if you are considering solar.

When the local power company said they couldn't support the capacity we sought, the team quickly worked to redesign the system within the limitations set and had us back on track for approval within a day.
