I had a really good experience from the time noe Cortez the sales representative to the installation of the solar panels. Ion solar kept me informed throughout the process of getting required approvals and permits. I highly recommend Ion solar
Great customer service from start to finish! I was initially in a contract with another company, but It made more sense to go with ION, better incentives, pricing, customer service and knowledge in the sector. I really appreciated how responsive their customer service was. Ion Solar has the best customer service…never one felt any pressure to purchase, and explained and stayed in contact with me the whole process …I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!
Everything was done to satisfaction! Sale rep Brandon Seidel was the best! He took his time, thoroughly explained the product and laid out a time line. Once started the project stayed on track. Everything played out like he said it would. So happy to be apart of the Ion Solar family!
Overall service from Ion has been wonderful! From the initial contact by the field rep (Liz) to Kiel, I’ve had no issues. The best part to date is how much communication I’ve received to ensure I’m up to date on what is happening behind the scenes.

Excellent Customer Service I am in the military and when we moved to VA, we thought this would be a long-term home for us. We hadn't considered solar but after meeting with an ION rep, we were excited to move forward. Good Company! The ION Solar team did a fast good quality install at my house Last week. We are now just waiting for the city and NVE to do their inspections and we will be good to go. Our sales rep Justin has been in touch quite a bit to ensure a smooth process. Their team has done a good job so far.
10/10 Recommend Very satisfied with our service from ION Solar. The sales process was extremely informative and didn't involve any pressure. When we had competing offers, ION was more than happy to meet the same conditions. The service installers were friendly, professional, did excellent work, and were very respectful of our property. They are also quick to respond to messages by email or text.
