We finally made the decision to go solar and the process, although a bit longer than expected, has been a great experience. Calvin Davila sat with us and gave an excellent presentation, provided a step by step rundown so we knew what to expect, the cost, and the savings we would get by switching to solar. Good service and highly recommended.

Ion solar has been great. Open lines of communication from the start. Sean was very informative when he came over to discuss going solar. Really impressive sales rep and an impressive company. Great group of people to work with.
Although my system hasn't been turn on yet (waiting for inspection), the experience has been awsome. My sales rep Brandon Jackson was great. He explained everything in detail and as far as I can tell he left nothing out. The door to door sales associates were pleasant and curious and I particularly enjoyed the conversations. The ION team has been fantastic. Our installation was completed 2 days ago. The install team was very informative and willing to answer all questions. It was so great to see the digital electric meter showing us feeding the grid during their brief test. Hopefully the rest of the process will be completed very soon (city inspection and utility inspection). Originally we were not going to get solar. Outstanding service!! LaDereck Mosley was my sales rep and he absolutely provided great information about Ion Solar. I had already made up my mind with going solar before speaking with him but he made it more convincing without a doubt. The installation process was timely and ahead of the projected timeline. Outstanding service overall!
