The entire process from initial presentation through installation of the panels has been very smooth. Sean was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Installers were polite and cleaned up after themselves. I am glad I went with ION Solar.
My wife and I met with Jon, from ION Solar to get more information on Solar. We thought it was too expensive and unobtainable and all the other myths you hear regarding solar but with the recent rise of our energy bills we decided to have Jon inform us about the benefits and facts of doing Solar. Ion Solar made the process of obtaining/installing solar panels as easy as possible. Great sales rep, great support team, great install team, great customer service, and great everything.
Very good experience with the team that came out. Talked to me about the whole process. Educated me with what was installed. Picked up the trash and supplies they had used during the installation. Overall a great experience and very satisfied with the installation. Just waiting for the city to check the work and give me the go to turn on the power to the panels
