Restaurant Service not good. We stayed at this Hotel on the way down South and on the way back North on a 10 Day Trip. When we arrived on Valentine's Day there was a long line for check-in which moved quickly. The Service in the Restaurant The American Grill was not the best. Everyone seemed distracted and unhappy. We did not make a reservation but had dinner at the bar. There was a gal handing out carnations and chocolates, but did not stop to visit us. Not sure what the issue was :(.

The room I was in needed at little updating. Coffee that is in the room is horrible. Housekeeping didn’t come. I’m not sure if they wasn’t supposed to but there was no signs up or the front desk stating no house keeping service will be given to those staying more than 1 night.

Hotel was full night before so cleaning crew was behind had to wait an extra hour to check in. Other then that it was a good stay.

OK stay The casino is beautiful, but the room was just average and no one came to make the beds or change out towels in the morning (might be because of the virus). Some sketchy people hanging out in the parking garage -- one tried to panhandle us.
