Just Ok Stood at the front desk two different times for more than 5mins before someone finally emerged from the back room to help me. Overall condition is ok, but several aspects of the rooms are worn and out dated (couch cushions stained, towel rack fell apart, etc.). Also, there is no room service... not sure how that’s possible.

Clean, professional, large and spacious, everyone had a face masks. Available for my last minute booking. Also, fun with restaurant options and casino and bar! 9-10

It was okay. We didn't have any supplies in the bathroom and no washcloths. We found hair in the shower. Told found desk, waiting to hear back on complaint.

It was a nice hotel. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, but there was the same trash on the floor by the trash cans in the hallway all of our stay. I did enjoy the hot tub and pool! The casino was okay. I feel like the Rhythm casino and hotel that was only 20.minutes away from the Isle, had the better casino. The Rhytm's games we're a bit more updated and fun. Overall it's a nice hotel, but if you're looking to gamble, I feel like there's better options nearby.
