No frills. Very basic. Front desk gentleman was polite. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Shower pressure was terrible. Coffee is only available from the front desk. Nobody tells you this when you check in. Coffee is also not available in room. I wish someone had told me where I could get a cup of coffee 😩.

On our last morning, we were woken up around 8 by a house keeper barging in, even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. I was startled and reacted accordingly, and the maid claimed the front desk claimed i had already checked out. And then she left, and we tried to go back to sleep with no luck. Later i asked the front desk, and they said the maid was the one who was mistaken. I found it to show a lack of accountability on any of their parts. The property was very well taken care of. It was clean, well lit, lots of parking, no foul odors, and easy to navigate. The staff was courteous from the housekeeping to reception. The beds are very comfortable along with being able to adjust the thermostat to your liking. For as upscale as the facility is, I would have expected a better shower head, but that is a minor issue and truly does not take away from the experience. I can confidently say, the water gets nice and hot!
