Cafe was great service very smoky lobby The smoke from casino was horrible in the entire lobby even with a mask on. Very helpful women at cafe let me buy a sandwich upon check in even though it was closing time and restaurant refused to make anything

Wonderful Stay Isle Casino Hotel - Waterloo Wonderful. Nice casino. Nice hotel. I will return.

A little out of the way but very nice and clean It was a very nice hotel. It wasn't very close to other activities and the restaurant / bar closed early so we were a little disappointed with that. But overall it was a very clean and comfortable hotel.

Only downside was no coffee maker in room and coffee shop didn't open until 8:00 am. Luckily the registration desk had coffee.

Room needs some updates! Service was great! Room not as nice as when stayed before! Ceiling fan made loud irritating noise all night and you must have changed pillows! They use to be so nice and fluffy! Room needs some up dates!! Use to think the Isle was the nicest hotel in Waterloo!
