We stayed there during a trip to see an event close by. The only one issue was we could hear the people in the next room as clear as if we were standing right next to them , and did not sleep too well from being woke up by people slamming the door to the room next to us several times from 2:00 a.m. until 4:00 a.m. (which of course was not the fault of the Hotel) I did notice a soapy residue on the shower head from the previous occupants.
Overpriced for what you get. I have had as nice, if not nicer, rooms for less at Holiday Inn, Marriott etc. The room was nice. The room was clean. There was a coffee maker but no coffee pot or cups. The
Nice Beautiful hotel but hated the smoking allowed in casino. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable
Facilities were closed upon our arrival Normally I have had very good experiences at this hotel. however the last time I went to check in and found out as I was trying to check in the pool hot tub and fitness center were all closed for maintenance. these were the primary three things we were looking for when we chose the hotel. we canceled our reservation and had to spend time finding a new hotel.
Fun Casino Hotel staff were great we got stuck a couple of extra days due to weather and they were very helpful.
Stayed here one night while in town on business. Hotel and restaurant staff were extremely friendly. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Had dinner at Lone Wolf restaurant. Menu was limited but food was good. Stayed away from the casino as it was very smoky. Overall a good experience.
