Everybody seemed very nice and personable. Only complaint would be that even though we were in a non smoking room, It stilled smelled like smoke some. We noticed it as soon as we walked into it.

Our casino does allow smoking on the gaming floor. We can run an ozone machine in your room, to purify the air. Please give us a call at zero and we would be more than happy to take care of this for you. We hope you come back to try us again soon.
It was very nice. The pool was good the jacuzzi tub in our room was great for my sore back.

The entire property smells like cigarette smoke due to the casino.

Thank you for the feedback. We do allow cigarette smoking on the casino floor, but we do have a large non-smoking slot area available. We do hope you decide to give us another try.
We always stay at the Isle when we are in Waterloo. Love the rooms and if we aren't too tired love to gamble a little!
