Front desk (Dedra) was in a great mood & made us feel very welcomed! Room was clean, but restroom floor was sticky from Fabuloso

Check in process - 2 out of 5 There were three staff members behind the desk when I checked in. One was clearly ending her shift and did explain that one of the others would assist me. Heither of the other two staff members talked to me directly during check out/ Not even to tell me my room number. The staff at check out and at the coffee shop were extremely friendly and helpful.

Nice property and nice staff. Arcade was pretty nice and the pool area seemed nice but too busy to go on the night we came.
