Relaxing get away This was a short mid winter get away to visit our daughter. The hotel being connected to the casino, having a buffet and other food choices gives us options to do on site. We travel with a disabled daughter who enjoys the pool and fitness center as well. Along with onsite amenities it is close to a shopping center and numerous other retail and dining facilities. We have stayed here a number of times and will return.

Great hotel but not 5 star Everything about the room and staff except for one thing. The TV was very dim. Traveling with a disabled person that watches TV much of the time, this is important. Contacting the front desk, I was told to turn on ALL the lights in the room. The TV has a sensor that senses room light. This did not work. The only way to get it brighter was to shine a flashlight at the sensor the entire stay. Nice full service hotel outside Waterloo. Easy check in. Keyed security in elevators which is nice. Good restaurants, bar and coffee shop. My complaint would be the distance of the walk to the parking lot on cold windy mornings. Valet service is available though...

The rooms are very nice with a spacious bathroom. The steak house for dinner was also excellent.

Good hotel. Easy access on and off 218. Nice casino. Buffet was good. Room was good but could be cleaner. The bathroom was not real clean but well supplied.
Upon arriving, the front desk staff was rather rude during check in. However, after a shift change, things greatly improved.
