good but slow Great stay but almost a week and I'm still waiting for my deposit back! I thought they made their money on gambling not room deposits!

Very little sleep The one night we stayed we got very little sleep there was a couple fighting next to our room all night. When we told the front desk the next morning they just said we are sorry.The front desk told us we should have called security.

Large, comfortable room & bath I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and overly large bathroom. Well designed and up to date furnishings. It was very clean and I have no complaints at all. The air conditioning was quiet and accurate to the thermostat. The bed and pillows were so nice to sleep on, no lumpy pillows! No stains on the carpet, which I frequently find in other hotels. The price was more than fair for what I received in return. This will be my destination stay next time I am in Waterloo, IA.

Nice hotel I have stayed at this hotel a couple times and every time i have stayed, the pool is ice cold every time. Thats not very enjoyable when you cant stand to swim in cold water. The room was nice, very comfortable beds. The Lone Wolf had very bad service, once you got your meal then you never get the waitress to come to your table again

The only thing is they need better ventilation to much smell of cigarettes.

Nice room I have stayed here several times while on business trips. Rooms are spacious. Nice to have small refrigerator too. Location is a little out of the way from restaurants and shopping (but there are restaurants in the hotel).

Great room for the price The desk staff was great and check-in was fast. The bar staff was very accomodating. The casino was clean and lively. My room was very spacious and had a great bathroom. The towels all had hair on them and was really the only negative of the whole experience.
