everything was fine except no bath towels were not in the bathroom. 2 smaller ones were put under a table near the beds so had to hunt for them.
Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Stayed two nights, room wasn’t cleaned or even looked into as they didn’t leave any toilet paper. Had to get it myself and was told that not only were they to clean the room but we should have had an extra roll on the back of the toilet.
Watch out for hidden fees

Heavy smoke smell throughout hotel. Although it was supposed to be non-smoking, many people were still smoking in non-designated areas. Some staff were extremely friendly, others were obviously having bad days. Non-guests were able to get into the pool area and use the pool and hot tub without a room key. For the hotel being so close to the water and amusement park I would have thought it would have been more updated and kid friendly.
