Clean room. Good location. Sink drain did not work. Had same problem last time we stayed.
My wife and I have been traveling together for 20 years and we have never experienced such a rude staff. Literally from the moment we checked in. From the front desk lady, to the server in the restaurant, to the security guard that blamed my family for something I literally watched another family do in the pool area. They somehow need to separate the casino from the hotel. The hotel would smell like smoke soooo bad we could barely walk through!
What a sad stop this was. The staff was snotty, the restaurant was awful and you have to stroll thru the casino entrance in your bathing suit to use the pool. Guests get whacked with a 10% "resort fee" upon arrival - and a previously undisclosed $100 security deposit that was not mentioned on the booking site. The Brewery restaurant was over priced, with mediocre to lousy food and one overwhelmed waitress. We would have gone out to find food, but it was a long walk to the parking lot.
