a little surprised about times there was no one at the front desk was disappointed in the hot tub- only a couple of jets worked- it was like this the last time we were there

Requested connecting rooms through the app. Hotel directly to confirm request. When we arrived on site to check in rooms were not connecting. Staff initially attempted to lie to me and told me the rooms were connecting when they clearly would be on opposite side of the hallway. More senior staff was them brought in and simply told me that they did not do as I had requested. No apologies was offered. No assistance was offered.
The property is tired and needs a facelift. They don’t clean the rooms unless you ask for it to be cleaned. No room amenities such as minibar or in room coffee. Wifi is not reliable. Resort fee is a joke and a grab for more money with less service. Save your money and look elsewhere to stay.
Room was clean, staff was friendly. Room doors closing were very loud at night when trying to sleep.
