Staff at the breakfast place was the only downside, not very friendly or welcoming and my daughter's bed had hair on it.
Our room was very good but we had to clean out dressers drawers and food from the Fridge. from the last guest/ No one addressed this issue. Just said thank you for bringing it to the front desk/ Do not have enought handicap parking
This casino really has to get their act together when it comes to morning coffee. It's the only place I have stayed that doesn't have either coffee in the room or a place to grab coffee quickly in the morning,. especially if you leave before 8 when the casino floor opens up. They give you coffee coupons to take to their Simply Yummy store... And in the mornings they only have one person working and the whole process goes incredibly slow. There was mold on our ceiling, and the ants were terrible, they were all over the place. The staff was suppose to scan my rewards card so I would get points for my stay and they did not even do that for me! Won’t ever stay there again!
Not much food choice
My wife ended up with sepsis black mold in the room
Fitness center was a joke with only a recumbent bike and elliptical, with nothing to clean any of the machines. Beds were uncomfortable, coffee shop didn’t open until 7am, one of the restaurants was closed the entire time we were there, but it was a place to sleep.
