Close to my home and the place is clean. Need more security cameras. The staff are great.

Someone parked in my RV storage spot when I arrived on a Sunday. Monday morning the staff were very apologetic and quick to help remedy the situation. I was very upset about the situation to begin with, but the staff were calm polite and generous in there handling of the problem and providing the solution. I am quite happy with the resolution and my choice to store my RV at istorage in Desert Hot Springs.

Online shopping and payment was very easy. The Location contacted me they were very nice and welcoming. When I went to the location it was very clean and Good curb appeal. The Manager greeted me immediately and again made me feel welcome and informed me of all important details. She also gave me exact directions to the unit.
