I would give zero Stars if that was an option but I have to give them one not sure where to start with this review if it should be the price gouging right from the beginning the rat infestation and your things covered in Rat poo or the charging your account long after you've already moved out take your pick beware of auto pay do not sign up for it and whatever price you get when you move in it won't last long I was in there for I believe 5 months and they raised it twice but that's not enough for them then they will charge y... read more

Update! My unit was robbed, everything was stolen...and to add insult to injury- they told me I needed to empty out what little was left...THEN, after 5 minutes of breathing in the smell of death, a dead rat stared me in the eyes as I reached for something- I screamed and threw up and I mean. They should pay YOU to keep your stuff in that crap den. Not safe and disgusting, loaded with rats.

RATS EVERYWHERE. Thousands of dollars of damage, every single item in my unit was damaged and ruined. I'm seeking legal damages.

Use at your own risk. Not secure. My motorhome's catalytic converter was stolen while stored here. May as well park your RV on the side of the road, same level of security. Look at the history of theft here. No action by management means they don't care about you or your property. Pulled my RV out of there.

We stored our toy hauler at this site and after a few months, it was broken into. This is when we were informed by the Sheriffs Dept that the lot has no functioning cameras covering the back area of the lot. The lady in the office said she tried to call us to advise of the break in, but no call. We happened to go by and check on it. There's a hole in the fence so not sure the purpose of the barbed wire on top. We were also informed on the vast number of theft calls and that the place is doing nothing to secure the site.

Do yourself a favor and don't think about renting from this place. We've been here for maybe 4 months. Decided to store our toy hauler, canam and endless amount of personal items that we would use when we would go camping. They broke the latches in the back of the toy hauler and stole our canam (off roading vehicle). This was again completely unnoticed and the ONE security camera only captured ONE picture which is completely useless to us. When the theft happened it took them almost TWO days for them to reach us. RASH of break-ins! Happening non-stop since at least 2018 if not longer. In 2021-2022. Break-ins are are increasing and happening WEEKLY according to the Riverside County Sheriffs. Avoid this place at all costs and if you're renting here get out while you can! My storage unit was broken into and emptied out completely unnoticed by their advertised "security". This place is the worst. They've had thefts of catalytic converters numbering in the teens, as well as countless other thefts and damages of personal property, too many to count. There seems to be a seedy association with ne'er do wells that loiter and wait around corners to smash (or shoot out) windows and grab personal belongings out of cars when people go into the office to pay their bill. Don't go here unless you want catalytic converters stolen off your car, or desire your trailer to be stolen or your unit broken into.
