I bought an average sized storage unit for my tenant to help him move out. The pricing was a bit high at $240/month, but not a big problem. We put a lock on the door. 2 weeks later, I find out that the unit has been broken into (per my tenant) and that the lock was gone entirely. The management company stated that since there is no evidence of a broken lock, they can't file an insurance claim and can't help. And refused to show camera footage. I stored my motorhome here and after only 3 months of storage, my catalytic converter was stolen. The facility knows they have a serious issue with this and have done nothing to improve security. The gate is easily scalable. I even spoke to the district manager and asked what was being planned for increased security in light of the continual theft issue and he said nothing is planned. I do not recommend storing your RV here if it has a catalytic converter as you won't have it for long. $3000 to replace and none are available... read more

The first month free "special' was not so special as they "raised the rent" on my "second month". like they somehow didn't know they were going to raise the rent on my first months actual payment. I am moving to a comparable place 20 miles away for less than half what it was before they raised it. Look around before you store here, their prices are significantly higher.

Don't park your RV here -- My catalytic converter was sawed off. $3k to replace.

Want to be ripped off this is the place to go.Half the rvs in the storage lot are or have been vandalized.Parts of the fence are pulled down from the inside of the lot.Garbage everywhere,couple people living in their rvs.Check your stuff and move to a safer facility.Only cost me $2000 in repairs for a month and a half of storage.

There is serious problems once again at this business. Over the last 2 months there has been thefts in the RV lot. Thieves are stealing the catalytic converters from the gas powered coaches. This is an epidemic that is area wide sad to report. The Manager is doing her best to try and safeguard the area but is getting nowhere with company brass. All they care about is rental income. Worst storage facility ever! The Covered RV storage area is a disaster and impossible tight for larger coaches. After only a month in storage our coach was overrun with rodents - mice and packrats (there was absolutely nothing in the coach that would have attracted them as I am fastidious about removing such items). The gate which is supposed to have 24 hour access, on two of my visits during the 4 months I had the coach there, with no one available after hours to assist.
