Ugh...one of the worst storage experiences I have ever had! I originally had a contract with Caliente Springs Storage but istorage bought them out during the time I had my items stored there. Istorage promised to honor my original contract with Caliente Springs but they didn't! I was so disappointed by this : ( What it boiled down to was they do not pro rate at all so if you plan on moving your things out make sure you really understand their policies or else you'll pay through the nose!
