I have had storage here for years long before it was called istorage and frankly the staff and Vanessa in particular has been among the best I've come across there. So I was rather shocked to see all the negative reviews and had to give my experience. I know from working in customer service you can never make everyone happy and I guess it's true the scorned speak more often than the pleased but I have never had an issue with the current staff. Rat Infestation, Health Violations & Suspicious Review Patterns This facility is a health hazard. Upon accessing my storage unit, I discovered a severe rat infestation -- rat feces, rat urine, and dead rats blanketing the interior. The rodents had chewed through nearly every box I owned. Seems one of the managers and their friends there are playing "suoermarket sweep" inside some people's units. Not really somewhere I would want to store my valuables and memories honestly.

The owners and managers of this Istorage facility are the most disgusting bottom of the barrel humans on planet earth. I RENTED A STORAGE UNIT FOR $225 a month for just short of TWO YEARS. Upon going to my storage unit a week before Christmas to finally move out. ALL OF MY BELONGINGS WERE COMPLETELY RANSACKED. It's 110% obvious to me it was an inside job being there was a lock on my unit put on by the storage unit manager because my bill was one day late. Now that I have moved out, would like to let you know that my unit was also broken into three weeks ago tomorrow and. This was the second time in four months. I have no electronics and no tools so nothing was stolen just two expensive locks broken. The Police are so used to Istorage being broken into they will only take a report online and I storage does not report the break-ins to the police. *STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE* My roommate and I both got units here in different locations/ rows in the complex only to find out both our until got broken into the second day of having them. Come to find out every single person I know that has ever had a unit here has been broken into. Management doesn't seem to care which only makes you feel as they are involved! They sell you on the place being safe with 24/7 surveillance which is a joke! IF YOU VALUE YOUR STUFF DONT STORAGE IT HERE!!!!!
Horrible place. Bait and switch on the rent prices. Doubled my rent after 3 months and tried to say I had been there longer, though I had the proof that wasn't the case. No quality of customer care, either. The girl was sassy with me. There was a LEAST one major break-in to the facility that I was aware of during my time there between 5/2024 and 8/2024. I'm going to get my things and move out! AVOID THIS PLACE. Awful. Doesn't deserve a "Star".
