Want to be ripped off this is the place to go.Half the rvs in the storage lot are or have been vandalized.Parts of the fence are pulled down from the inside of the lot.Garbage everywhere,couple people living in their rvs.Check your stuff and move to a safer facility.Only cost me $2000 in repairs for a month and a half of storage.
There is serious problems once again at this business. Over the last 2 months there has been thefts in the RV lot. Thieves are stealing the catalytic converters from the gas powered coaches. This is an epidemic that is area wide sad to report. The Manager is doing her best to try and safeguard the area but is getting nowhere with company brass. All they care about is rental income. Worst storage facility ever! The Covered RV storage area is a disaster and impossible tight for larger coaches. After only a month in storage our coach was overrun with rodents - mice and packrats (there was absolutely nothing in the coach that would have attracted them as I am fastidious about removing such items). The gate which is supposed to have 24 hour access, on two of my visits during the 4 months I had the coach there, with no one available after hours to assist. This is supposed to be a secure storage facility with video cameras etc. Yet they didn't notice many RVs being vandalized. A number of RVs have had their catalytic converters SAWN OFF recently. When we discovered this had happened to our own unit, the lady in the office was prepared. "Yes, we've had a few of those lately". She even had the name and number of the Deputy that is dealing with the thefts on a pile of cards on her desk. "My manager said to just give people this number". Sad that honesty is no longer a priority. My mother's RV was broken into and taken into the open field in the back end of the lot, keep in mind she was only told they broke in, not that it was completely taken off a supposed secured premises they pay for. She was notified after 1pm, when it was taken at approx 7am, according to cameras, and even those glitched and didn't catch anything! Good thing it was muddy and the thieves didn't get too far. Do not store anything here! A month ago today I got a call saying the lock was missing on my storage unit. I drove there and was told that, even though I've paid nearly $6,000 rent for a camera secure unit, it was recently randomly robbed "after hours" (they claim). And they have no camera video to back that up. Amazingly the 'security' cameras are positioned perfectly to not see license plates or where vehicles turn once they're inside the gate. The prices here are ridiculously high - I got a unit at Devon Self Storage for half the price of this place.
If you can go anywhere else I would. Angry women is the nice way to discribe them. Other than their attitudes they rented me a truck and the next day, matter a factly, rented me a storage unit. The cost of which seems high for the location. Getting out as fast as I can....
