I would give no stars if it was possible. I can never get ahold of anyone in regards to any matters. Today I finally got to speak to someone and not the voicemail. I inquired why I haven't received a call back that I have left several messages over the past 2 weeks. I drove by the facility just to check on things and I was surprised the RV gate access gate was not functioning; there was electrical cables lying on the ground in the area you have to drive (might I add the cables are live electrical cables) all over 2 weeks ago... read more

I would not store anything at this facility, my trailer was stolen from there, with all there high tech security fences and camera still were able to still my trailer. there should be a curfew and be locked up after 10. why do you need to be at the storage place after 10. The staff keeps telling us that there supervisor will call when the footage was sent to police officer but still no phone call. there has been 20,000 dollars of my property destroyed and they cant call to say we sent all to police. wow. when all this ... read more

We are glad that your friend spotted your trailer and you were able to recover it, with a suspect apprehended.


Rented a unit last June and on September 16th I recived a call from them saying there was a "problem with your lock". I went in and found that more than 20 units had been broken into including mine. Whoever broke in climbed through my unit and destroyed many expensive items and then stole many more. They require you to pay for insurance now, so they gave me a form and told me to contact the officer who had done the original report and then to fill out the forms and bring them into the office. I am from Seattle and rented a space to put our Palm Springs RV items in. I can't tell you what a nightmare this has been. First only a few weeks after renting the space it was robbed. I sent repeated emails outlining all the stuff we had (nothing really valuable but a pain to replace) and they insisted that we come down from Seattle to id the stuff that was strewn about the hallway. I have had a unit at this location for a couple of years and will be moving out soon. I recently learned that I am paying $10.00 per month more for my rent than what they have listed on their website for the same size and type of unit. When I contacted the manager to see why they are overcharging me she didn't have an answer. She also said that they raise the rents every six months or so. There should be a no star option. As mentioned by the other 2 reviews, the girls are extremely rude, indifferent and unhelpful. I just called because my motorhome was broken into while stored at their "secured patrolled" lot. When I called and said my MH was broken into, there was silence and then she said "so, how can I help you". I can't f'n believe it...I'm floored. How can an adult have so few interpersonal skills. DO NOT store anything here. I had my motor home here and it was broken into. When I notice that the motor home was broken into and ask what happened, they told me it happened a couple of weeks ago and that they forgot to call me. After I discovered the theft, I had the police out to file the report. The police said this was a common problem at this place. Rude unhelpful staff with attitude. Absolutely no consideration or effort of kindness for people with disabilities. I'm warning everyone I know of how hateful and hurtful the staff is.
