Michael (with the Burberry mask) was extremely helpful and nice in getting me set up with a storage spot. He was helpful in deciding on the size and also in keeping me in boxes and tape as I stopped by three or four times. The move of all my stuff was seamless, and the place seems like it is fortified and well cared for. All the stars are for great customer service. I left off a star because it is on the pricey side for what you get. But, hey, it's in the city and we all know about SF rents.

I really didn't want to move and my brother told me about this place he was using and said they were good. I went and they were. It was easy to sign-up, Michael was on it with customer service and helping you out anyway that he could which everyone is so busy these days, it felt nice for his personal attention. I like that when I had to move out of my storage Michael and his beautiful pit dog helped my transition to be painless and it TRULY helped me and thats why I had to let others know. Thanks Michael!

Michael (and his beautiful doggo Bea) was extremely helpful with a complicated issue I I had with my unit. He was able to get ownership transferred to my name within fifteen minutes of my arrival, and I was in my unit within a half an hour. He answered all of my lengthy questions and was extremely kind and personable. I look forward to working with him again when I return to the facility!

I really like this place. The new manager, Luana Shortt and the assistant manager, Joe Lewis did their best to get us storage space and later, parking for my car, when I was gone for three weeks. Those folks are very personable and professional. I recommend this business to whoever wants a safe and clean storage place, and courteous personnel to work with.

The storage unit I rented was filthy, moldy, stinky in the hallway. There were several broken locks on the floor. I felt totally insecure and just disgusting.

My locker was broken into, as well as 10 other lockers. No one was in the office. I called their phone number and asked for a call back. No one called me back and no one was in the office during normal business hours for the next two weeks. No security. No cameras. Higher prices than other, much higher quality storage sites in San Franciso. Terrible! Stay away.
