How could a storage place not be open on Sunday's? 1 star for location and 1 star for the unit actually being decent. Prices are consistently being raised so don't go by the price listed and don't be fooled by "24 hour access" it's not true.
I would not rent a storage unit here. - This storage company is unethical - They will increase your monthly rental fee right after you move your items in - They will treat you unfairly. - The price they quote you over the phone will not include taxes, fees, administrative costs. - Michael who runs the place will act very nice but you can't trust him. If I could give zero stars I would! This place is near criminal! They still owe me money - I canceled my unit in November and when I asked to speak to a manager, it took an hour on hold to get me a number. Then I talked to the guy who told me to wait another week. I was furious but OK...I had another question so I called back 5 mins later and the guy answered saying he was a 17 year old kid and what did he know about storage...WHAT??? I've had items stored here for years, and the cost keeps creeping up. Now I'm paying nearly double my initial rate for the exact same service. Storage units are small, hallways are narrow, and usually blocked. They charge you at the end of the month and not the beginning. Who gets paid at the end of the month? I called to make my payment today, and was told that they had stopped taking my credit card type, with ZERO notification. I don't have another kind of credit card. Cool. Avoid this business unless you live nearby and don't have other choices. Tiny public space to move things around especially when people never remember to put away that huge blue ladder after using it. Ready for the worst? This business randomly closes without giving customers any notice.
I am so upset with the admin part of iStorage. EVERY SINGLE MONTH I pay my bill and EVERY SINGLE MONTH the bill has a higher amount. I found out today that when I send a payment it has been turned into a credit but NEVER applied to my bill!!! WHO DOES THAT?! My bill doubles with a late fee!!! I hate their accounting process and I feel like I am being ripped off. Daniel and Michael are the ONLY REASON I am still there. I "reserved" a 10x10 unit a week in advance of my move on their website to ensure that I would have a space. I received a call from the manager following up to confirm I wanted the unit, and asking when I plan to come in to sign the contract. I told him I would come up in three days. When I arrived at the office, they informed me they gave my spot away and could only offer a 5x12 unit on the corner of the building, and so their uneven angles in the unit, which made it somewhat pointless for storing large items like furniture... read more

Horrible service the really heavy guy who works there is a complete a hole and also sneakily lives there at night they overcharged me for the month they tried to charge me close to $500 for a 10x10 when it should have only been about half that since that's what we agreed upon and that's what I paid but then since I didn't pay the $500 for one month mind you they locked my storage out that guy is a crook avoid at all costs
Awful company poor customer service ignored multiple calls. I do not recommend at all
