I was optimistic when I went in to the office and a really helpful young man helped me sort out a billing issue. Fast forward to today. Arrive with the intention of moving stuff in and our only to find a sign stating "Closed on Saturday until further notice" with a smiley face! A d**n smiley face? This is ridiculous. Already closed on Sundays, now this?

Would give zero stars if possible. Security gate is broken, security cameras are spray painted over and there is a instable homeless person living in one of the units who yelled at me when I was trying to unload my car. I cancelled my contract immedialty but only got a partial refund.

Stay away by all means. My daughter goes to school in SF but lives in LA. We put her stuff in storage for 2-3 months her stuff was molded and mildewed. They over charged us, we never got our money back. The day we go to pick up her stuff the key code doesn't work. Horrible experience all together.

Backstory: I moved out on 11/21/22, but could not close my account that day (a Monday) because apparently no one decided to show up for work. I went in person the next day and was told I was all set. I was nonetheless billed the next month (December). I called, explained the situation to "Nate" and was told it would be handled and I would receive a refund by check. Unfortunately I made a big mistake by using this storage facility...for the second time!!! The first time I used this facility the management failed to inform me that there was a water leak in their main storage facility. I had to find out this information out from the sales associate on the second time I came back to rent a storage unit from iStorage. How could a storage place not be open on Sunday's? 1 star for location and 1 star for the unit actually being decent. Prices are consistently being raised so don't go by the price listed and don't be fooled by "24 hour access" it's not true.

I would not rent a storage unit here. - This storage company is unethical - They will increase your monthly rental fee right after you move your items in - They will treat you unfairly. - The price they quote you over the phone will not include taxes, fees, administrative costs. - Michael who runs the place will act very nice but you can't trust him. If I could give zero stars I would! This place is near criminal! They still owe me money - I canceled my unit in November and when I asked to speak to a manager, it took an hour on hold to get me a number. Then I talked to the guy who told me to wait another week. I was furious but OK...I had another question so I called back 5 mins later and the guy answered saying he was a 17 year old kid and what did he know about storage...WHAT???
