Our storage unit wasn't empty from previous. They looked at us like we should empty it out. Wasn't good experience at all. Place looks rundown

Once again misrepresentation of services. Online hours are posted Monday 6AM-10PM Called the automated line which stated hours are 6AM-10PM Arrived at 8:15am to find an "office hours" sign stating 10am and the roll up door closed. I'm sure your asking why we are still here. When we can get it it is really convenient, but lack of service has now outweighed convenience.

My boyfriend and I rented a unit from here and about a week and a half into renting it we had came by to drop off some items and it was around 5:30 p.m. and we noticed the gate was wide open and we thought well it was kind of odd but it was still business hours and so we just kind of shrugged it off as if somebody had just left then then following morning early early morning I would say it was about 5:15 a.m. we had pulled up to the storage unit a little early we knew we couldn't get in until 6:00 a.m. but when we pulled up ... read more

My mother has had wine storage units at this location for many years. Their payment process is absolutely rediculous. One problem after another. I honestly think that they hope people will default on their payment so that they can takeover the contents. It's been a nightmare.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I rented a unit from this place because I was on a budget at the time and this place was right around the corner from where I used to be. Management is there is laughable. There is no management. The way my friend and I bumped into 3 people who not only didn't have a unit in this facility but had the MANAGER'S ACCESS CODE to get into any of the "secured" rooms that held all these units is baffling. I've had nothing but the worst and continues problems since moving my storage over to this facility. From the get go delaling with this company has been an otter nightmare. It started out with me booked my reservation online. I called and make sure everything was OK for my arrival only to be told by the person at the site that my unit was not available and should not have been rented out. I was optimistic when I went in to the office and a really helpful young man helped me sort out a billing issue. Fast forward to today. Arrive with the intention of moving stuff in and our only to find a sign stating "Closed on Saturday until further notice" with a smiley face! A d**n smiley face? This is ridiculous. Already closed on Sundays, now this?

Would give zero stars if possible. Security gate is broken, security cameras are spray painted over and there is a instable homeless person living in one of the units who yelled at me when I was trying to unload my car. I cancelled my contract immedialty but only got a partial refund.

Stay away by all means. My daughter goes to school in SF but lives in LA. We put her stuff in storage for 2-3 months her stuff was molded and mildewed. They over charged us, we never got our money back. The day we go to pick up her stuff the key code doesn't work. Horrible experience all together.
