My mother has had wine storage units at this location for many years. Their payment process is absolutely rediculous. One problem after another. I honestly think that they hope people will default on their payment so that they can takeover the contents. It's been a nightmare.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I rented a unit from this place because I was on a budget at the time and this place was right around the corner from where I used to be. Management is there is laughable. There is no management. The way my friend and I bumped into 3 people who not only didn't have a unit in this facility but had the MANAGER'S ACCESS CODE to get into any of the "secured" rooms that held all these units is baffling. I've had nothing but the worst and continues problems since moving my storage over to this facility. From the get go delaling with this company has been an otter nightmare. It started out with me booked my reservation online. I called and make sure everything was OK for my arrival only to be told by the person at the site that my unit was not available and should not have been rented out. I was optimistic when I went in to the office and a really helpful young man helped me sort out a billing issue. Fast forward to today. Arrive with the intention of moving stuff in and our only to find a sign stating "Closed on Saturday until further notice" with a smiley face! A d**n smiley face? This is ridiculous. Already closed on Sundays, now this?

Would give zero stars if possible. Security gate is broken, security cameras are spray painted over and there is a instable homeless person living in one of the units who yelled at me when I was trying to unload my car. I cancelled my contract immedialty but only got a partial refund.

Stay away by all means. My daughter goes to school in SF but lives in LA. We put her stuff in storage for 2-3 months her stuff was molded and mildewed. They over charged us, we never got our money back. The day we go to pick up her stuff the key code doesn't work. Horrible experience all together.

Backstory: I moved out on 11/21/22, but could not close my account that day (a Monday) because apparently no one decided to show up for work. I went in person the next day and was told I was all set. I was nonetheless billed the next month (December). I called, explained the situation to "Nate" and was told it would be handled and I would receive a refund by check. Unfortunately I made a big mistake by using this storage facility...for the second time!!! The first time I used this facility the management failed to inform me that there was a water leak in their main storage facility. I had to find out this information out from the sales associate on the second time I came back to rent a storage unit from iStorage. The guy who works at this location is really lazy. He doesn't do his job right and inconsiderate.
