Everything went well for me. I needed a storage unit while I was in between apartments. This was a great value and spacious units. The staff was excellent; so friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the place. Just wish there were more cameras.

I don't know why this place doesn't have 5 stars for service. We recently called into a center to rent a unit and went thru the whole process. The next day, Michael called us to let us know there had been a mistake done by the call center and worked with us on fixing the problem to our complete satisfaction. We would recommend this place to all in need of storage who appreciate good customer service and are looking for people that like working with people. Michael from ISTORAGE was great! I needed a unit for my small business and he picked the perfect spot! He helped me find a great price making it affordable and accommodating. Definitely recommend this place!

The 5 stars are mostly earned by the employee Michael. He was very welcoming and helpful when I came in to get a unit. He did a great job of explaining everything, answering any questions, and being on top of any hiccups with my unit. I am happy with choosing istorage.

Michael (with the Burberry mask) was extremely helpful and nice in getting me set up with a storage spot. He was helpful in deciding on the size and also in keeping me in boxes and tape as I stopped by three or four times. The move of all my stuff was seamless, and the place seems like it is fortified and well cared for. All the stars are for great customer service. I left off a star because it is on the pricey side for what you get. But, hey, it's in the city and we all know about SF rents.
