Romeo can help! I called to verify wiring instructions to I trust Capital (from Schwab), but was informed that the transfer needs to be initiated through my account at iTrust. Romeo waited until I logged in to my account and explained the steps I needed to take. It only took a minute or two, but he was very patient and helpful. Many thanks!

Not being very tech savvy Not being very tech savvy, Ayrton took his time and walked me through step by step on transferring my SOL from Coinbase to my newly opened PCA. Probably could not have done it on my own and gave up and kept it in Coinbase. Excellent customer service.
