Distribution process. This morning I called about my distribution and talked with Romeo. He explained to me in detail how long the process takes and what I should expect in the next couple of days. The frequently ask quetion is great but person to person is better for me. I seem to get more questions answered with a person then a AI or a bot. So far, so good. These guys are real. I have been working with ITrust since early March and now have 2 Roth accounts in play. So far everything has gone very well and it is nice to be able to talk to a real person rather than robots and answering services in a foreign country. All in all I couldn't be happier. They are very helpful and talk facts, not sales pitches.
