So far so easy. Simple setup. I did a rollover from a previous 401k. Buy and sell with one touch. Ready to see my retirement account grow faster than any traditional account ever could. Every time I’ve had to talk to the someone they we’re always helpful and all problems solved easily.
Nike had it right with their motto of “Just do it.” No need to think about opening an iTrust account…just do it! They were very responsive to emails and calls and made my transfer from a 401K easy. Be an early adopter…just do it!
I haven’t felt nerves about my money being being in your safety . Your platform is really easy to make trades as many times as I like. The coins are great to pick from and seems to be adding more versions ever month. I signed up vie email communication only so didn’t need telephone contact because it’s easy to do the process.
After a ton of research, I decided to try opening an account with iTrust. Onboarding was very straightforward. I was so pleased with the ease of the Roth IRA process, I opened an additional Traditional IRA AND an account for my mom's IRA. Also did a Roth conversion and Shawn Noad and everyone I've dealt with over email has been prompt and responsive. The only lag was with my 401K custodian; there are ways to get ahead of this but be prepared. iTrust has been great and super user-friendly. I am so happy I made this move.
I've been happy with their customer service and I feel my money is safe. Hopefully they will add price charts at some point.
My original review: I hate the "self serve" customer service. It's useless. I couldn't log into my accounts this morning (just hung then gave me a 524 error). No way to find out what was going on. I was impressed that a rep called me immediately, apologized and explained that I could e-mail them in the future & he gave me his personal e-mail phone nbr.
Wow where to begin. Their customer service is excellent in helping me anyway I needed to get my accounts funded. Very much recommend them!
Took awhile to get money transferred from ML IRA account, but so far very pleased with the platform, and the extra protection I get for my crpto holdings...not to mention the tax advantages this type of account offers.
I have been using iTrus Capital for several months. The ease with which the account was set up is impressive. Transfers were relatively smooth, the account staff was very helpful. I have worked with Nadia several times. She is thorough and responsive. I have recommended iTrust and will continue to do so.
