Ayrton Svenson was fantastic in helping… Ayrton Svenson was fantastic in helping my wife and I get a couple complicated transactions across the finish line. He was a problem solver from the get-go and was able to pivot on a dime to facilitate the process for each of us. I’m not used to receiving this kind of extra effort from people in this industry. It’s how I operate every day for those I serve, but there’s not a lot of that going on these days with most “service” oriented companies.

Navigating PCA account I recently opened a PCA account in addition to my IRA account and had some questions with the new PCA account functions. I had the best customer service today… I had the best customer service today at ITrustCapital from Alex. Something happened with the wire transfer from my former holding company and it was voided out. He was on the line with them and myself for over an hour while it was resolved. The then followed up to ensure the funds were in my account by the end of the day. Great communication, responsive and patient. Highly recommend
