Pretty happy overall. I'd prefer to rate 4.5 but that wasn't an option. Getting my account funded was easy, customer service always got back to me but sometimes took a couple of days. Easy to trade. I'm super glad you added polkadot to the list. Here's what I'd like to see. Lower monthly fee, more options to invest in. I didn't realize when I signed up, how limited my choices would be.
I feel as though it is a great overall experience. Communication is top notch. I like the crypto choices, affiliate and referral programs. I Love it from top to bottom and side to side. Thanks!
Straightforward, easy process to set up and transfer funds. Team is responsive and it is nice to be able to get someone on the phone when needed.

Very easy and quick transfer process. Great and easy website. Only complaint is they should allow limit orders for purchase or sales

The process to transfer to iTrust was straightforward and simple. The problem is with the legacy institutions that throw up roadblocks to try to slow down the transfer process. ITrustCapital customer service has been excellent
