First Rate Staff I wish the transfers were simpler for the IRAs but your staff made my life so much easier, especially Lindsey Colon, she was terrific. She even picked up my account typo and let me know right away. Her follow ups were timely, professional and easy to follow.

Quick and easy verification process... I called the number to start the process of withdrawing from my Traditional IRA and was told, by Meriane (I believe that was her name), how and why the process worked the way they had their system set up to make withdrawals. Mostly to make absolutely sure that I was in fact they only person they could send my money to.
