The customer service (specifically Danielle) with iTrust has been amazing! It was a battle getting my traditional IRA from the previous company I was with, but iTrust helped every step of the way. Even reaching out to me on a holiday to make sure I was ware of what was happening with my transfer.
Easy to work with and crypto friendly. If it wasn't for them allowing me to set up my IRA in crypto I don't know if I would have an IRA at all.
I know my funds are secure at iTrustCapital. While I don't trade often, I can re-balance my portfolio without triggering taxes, which is a wonderful peace of mind. To boot, customer service is great. How many crypto exchanges can you say that about? And lastly, it costs me $360 a year for their services. If my portfolio increases by 10X or 20X or more in the next 5 years, that is minor change compared to the taxes that would be incurred on an exchange when going back to fiat.
Five stars for the concept. That really is the most important aspect--tax advantaged crypto investments. The upside of a Roth IRA in this space is phenomenal. Customer service is also top notch and costs are reasonable, at least for a crypto IRA (ultimately, the 1% trading fee will have to come down with competition increasing, but it's the least expensive around for now). I love how serious the steps have been to keep assets in cold storage. It's a major reason I picked iTrust. And I'm pleased with how quickly they're bringing new digital assets to the menu. How to make it even better? 1% commissions are good, but less would be great. Paying 1% adds up quickly and it makes me not want to trade one digital asset to another in my account.
