I’m sure there are a lot of new hires… I’m sure there are a lot of new hires in this industry so finding someone (Jonothan) who can combine great (and patient) explanations of the workings of his company’s website, great understanding of this asset class and great interpersonal skills is a real find! Jimmy to the rescue! I submitted a form to get some money out of my account. I was later contacted by support saying I was missing something. I went back to fix the problem but still had questions and couldn’t figure out what they needed. I sent several follow up emails but no one responded for a week. I was so frustrated! Of course the phone lines were not available so I couldn’t talk to anyone. Today, Jimmy Herrera called me! Pooya Ferasati Pooya Ferasati, the Itrust customer rep rescued me from browser mania. Frustration level was a solid 9 out of 10 after multiple attempted logins using several different browsers.
