10/10 This platform is in my experience one of the most safest platforms to hold investments. my grandfather recommended it to me 4 years ago and i'm very glad i did so. recently had a great customer service experience with Lindsey and Darya who took every by the book measure to ensure and enforce the security of my account. some people misunderstand the thorough security steps as "annoying" or "tedious" but to me it is 100% a confirmation of knowing that my account, funds, and information are safe. thank you ladies

That's my honest opinion so far . Traditional IRA to Roth Conversion Had a call with Romeo to follow up on my Traditional IRA to Roth conversion and he was very helpful and stated he was going to make he sends my email to appropriate team member to process my conversion. This is the second time I have spoke with Romeo and he has been very responsive and helpful both times and based on my first experience I am confident he will make sure this request is handled appropriately.
