I had trouble logging in, Megan contacted AT support while we are on the phone to have them send me the information so I could reset my password. Then she stayed on the phone with me the entire time while I was able to log in! She also answered my questions about what was going on with A LG O. She was patient and did not make me feel stupid or rushed because I didn't know how to do things on my phone!
I was annoyed when I called because I didn’t understand why I needed to schedule an appointment. The next available appointment was a week away. Jimmy called in response to my complaint. He immediately took care of the situation. He confirmed my info on the spot and explained how it was for my protection to make sure the funds were wired correctly. It took less than 5 minutes and Jimmy sent me his email and phone number in case the funds weren’t wired the next day as promised. Great customer service!
Jimmy was able to hold my verification meeting earlier which enabled sending my funds the same day. This was an unexpected surprise. He followed up to make sure I was aware when to expect the funds as well. I appreciate his diligence and great customer service!
