My experience was almost 100% My experience was almost 100%. Except for one person who hung up on me before even trying to find out my situation. Otherwise Andrew,among others were civil and understanding,even bef6re they found i was just out of hospital with stroke. Stroke leading to heightened emotional responses. They handled it beautifully with genuine caring.
