Great follow-through from Chris Lee Chris helped me with a change to my account and answered a question about one of iTrust's security features. When something didn't work quite as expected, he said he'd look into it and get back to me – and he did, calling a few days later to follow up. He was patient, knowledgeable, and clearly wanted the problem solved rather than just closed out. He even gave me his direct number in case anything else came up. That kind of follow-through is rare.
