My interactions with Jonathan. I have had very satisfactory communications with agents at iTrustCapital over the previous two years, most recently with Johnathan who proactively called me to assist in a problem I encountered during a fund transfer. He also provided instructions I needed to make purchases of gold and silver in their excellent precious metals program. Every time I needed to speak with him he was available.

Funding accounts Raphael provided great customer support with my Roth IRA deposit & making sure I had all the information for my bank wire for my new PCA account. He made sure that I had everything. He took the time walk me through the process! Outstanding customer service!
I was at the bank trying to add funds… I was at the bank trying to add funds to my PCA account when I kept getting messages indicating there was a problem and to try again later or contact support. I called and Francisco answered. He was so helpful and went beyond what I was in need of. I’m so thankful for this company and that they have human beings that answer the phone for support! I was trying to convert my traditional… I was trying to convert my traditional ira to a roth and form wasn't accepting my account numbers. Agent explained the letters in account number had to be all caps. He then walked me through rentering info into the conversion form and stayed on until it submitted successfully. After that he told me what to expect going forward. Really helpful.
