I'm a new member and was in the process… I'm a new member and was in the process of opening a fresh IRA to transfer an old one to. Actually I was chatting with the chat bot to get some questions answered before continuing and Francisco called me up mid process, and proceeded to answer my questions and walk me through the rest of the set up. Recharacterizing my contribution I love speaking to real people and Itrust provides that service. I called and spoke with Romeo today. I had a mess on my hands with over contributions and needing to Recharacterize my contribution. Romeo was patient and helped me figure out what I had done between my two accounts. He then walked me through two request forms and helped me fill them out properly to submit. He was very polite and well spoken. A huge help. Thank you Itrust and Romeo.
