Trust in my account management I have always been a little skeptical of companies and my assets. However, I made a mistake while moving some assets without my account number. In this age when more services are… In this age when more services are moving to the web, it was refreshing to have a follow up call that was not looking to capture more money. Romeo was quite knowledgeable on a variety of areas I am looking to explore with the company with without giving a sales pitch. As more and more things of this nature are shifting to AI platforms, actual humans like Romeo that are competent and articulate will be what sets the bar for the future.
