Great Customer Service Romeo was extremely helpful to me today. First impression, I didn't have to wait long on hold before speaking to someone. Then Romeo was VERY patient with me. I did not have all the necessary information and he had to wait many times for me to move forward. He was helpful, courteous and took care of what I needed.
