Funding Support Is Excellent Funding Support was very helpful when I ran into difficulties trying to link my funding source to my PCA account. But during the process of trying various funding methods, one process was initiated but never completed. I called Funding Support and spoke to Shawn who was able to cancel the pending transaction that was never initiated with the financial institution. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable associates make for a deserved great experience and review!

They have a wide variety of investments available and their customer service is top notch. I had a great experience with Brendan Lee who helped to reset my 2FA. Very quick and responsive follow thru. Nice to he able to speak to someone instead of using chat. Always had great customer service from account setup to my most recent with Brendan. Highly recommend.
