I have had very satisfactory communications with agents at iTrustCapital over the previous two years, most recently with Johnathan who proactively called me to assist in a problem I encountered during a fund transfer. Funding accounts Raphael provided great customer support with my Roth IRA deposit & making sure I had all the information for my bank wire for my new PCA account. He made sure that I had everything. He took the time walk me through the process! Outstanding customer service!
I was at the bank trying to add funds… I was at the bank trying to add funds to my PCA account when I kept getting messages indicating there was a problem and to try again later or contact support. I called and Francisco answered. He was so helpful and went beyond what I was in need of. I’m so thankful for this company and that they have human beings that answer the phone for support!
