The BEST customer service! I've been with iTrust for a few months now and I'm blown away by the level of service they provide every time I call. Rafael helped me with a rollover from my 401k. Even though I've done it a couple of times, it's a confusing process, mainly due to how the 401k processes the money move and the nuances of Roth vs traditional. He was fantastic, made sure everything was in order, and he was patient and fun. At this point I'm a customer for life.

ITrust - Easy Transfer, Great Service ITrust made the transfer of my traditional and Roth IRAs to iTrust extremely simple. Once the funds were transfered I was able to trade that same day. Jonathan and Brendan checked on me and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Terrific service.
