Very helpful customer service from a Romeo! New to iTrust and had some hiccups in the signup process. Romeo was fantastic in working through those quickly and was very helpful overall. After those initial hurdles were cleared the rest was super-easy. Able to fund and buy much faster than expected. Highly recommended!

I am a retired union worker from local… I am a retired union worker from local 104 and was dealing with a very stressful 401k rollover. They got on a 3 way call with my plan admin and helped me navigate the old world paperwork to make sure my retirement funds were moved safely. So far So far, I've not had a bad experience with ITrust Capital. Even after receiving an email, most of the time, one of the representatives will follow through with a text. As was the case today, Jonathan texted me to make sure that I was aware of the deposited fund in my account.
