I must say they were great to work with and very helpful. On the trading web site I would like to see details on gains and losses tracking of each of my holdings in Cryptos. I would like faster cryptos added like Theta when they move up the market cap or a request link to add. I would like the purchase price spread to bit more realistic to current valuations as we are buying and selling. Also if we refer someone tthat signs up mabe a free month ? 5******* Note I Highly recommend A++++++++++ Thx you.

The rollover process was extremely quick. My account was funded within a coupe days after submitting my forms. I am excited to be able to invest in crypto and gold in an IRA. This is an excellent start. The platform has plenty of room to improve by increased trading pairs: ie: BTC/ETH. Currently the only options are USD pairs now. The ability to stake or utilize DeFi, lending, CeFi would be an excellent added benefit. I hope that comes soon. This is a great start to the evolution of investing.

Responsive customer service, efficient portal. Optimizing the IRA trust partner component - currently underway - will address the one relatively weak link in the process. BTC purchases are made directly by the customer on the portal through their exchange connection and the price is finalized real-time; the transaction is finalized the next business day.
The team at iTrustCapital are very attentive and helpful. They made sure the transfer of funds into my account was processed efficiently on their end as best as possible. I wish I could say the same for my broker where I transferred the funds from. My broker wanted to hold the funds as long as possible, but iTrustCapital worked each issue quickly and we finally got the funds transferred. My transaction was easy! I rolled over a Roth IRA and the process was simple and I felt in control the entire time. My IRA had to mail me the check which I forwarded to iTrust's bank. Once the check went through a mandatory 7 day hold, it was available for me to use!
