Going through the approval process was… Going through the approval process was a good experience with Stacy, she was easy to work with and friendly. It has taken a long time to go through the funds transfer process thats my only complaints other than that the process has gone well and everyone nice to work with.
Amazing client support!!! I spoke with Jett who thoroughly walked me through the differences in accounts, as I am looking to rollover my 401k. Nice app with great customer service The app is cleanly styled and works well. I had a good experience with the customer service rep Josh when I needed access to my account. Overall a simple, professional, and easy to use app with great customer service.
Josh was great I’m not gonna lie, it took about two weeks for the distribution to come through, but Josh from iTrust was incredible throughout the entire process. He was super nice, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Partnering with Josh made everything significantly easier—I’d highly recommend working with him!
