Communication was good for updates of a Roth wire transfer of funds to the iTrust account. Just took quite a bit longer to get done than I was lead to believe at the beginning. All good now.

iTrust Capital offers excellence across the board. Both in customer service and expertise. Their platform makes it very easy to purchase digital assets and gold in an IRA which is exactly what I was seeking. They offer an ideal solution for someone wanting to diversify in an IRA.
Did everything correctly as far as I can tell. Most of the delay was with the past trustee, Interactive Brokers LLC, whom I had to follow up with with several calls to ensure the process kept on moving forward. Knowledgeable customer service and relatively fast responses to all questions (within 2 business days, but usually within 1 business day). Best overall deal out there (including fees) that I know of for trading crypto or gold in an IRA at this time.
Well! I have only been with you a short time. I look forward to the day when you will handle more than 1 type of account on a single login , but at 63. I guess it is not goin to serve me after all . I like being able to manage my own financial portfolio, and having the low cost trades available to be , I’d have to say it’s a win for having control of your financial future, Thanks fir all your assistance , especially Blake!
