Called into customer support and did… Called into customer support and did not have to wait. That was amazing. Got hooked up with Chad and he instantly troubleshooted my issue and walked me through the process. He also stayed on the line with me until I was clear on next steps. Then he provided multiple follow ups though out the day to keep me updated. So glad Chad was there to walk me though this. He is a clear communicator and his knowledge of the processes is solid.
