I was surprised to learn he was new to the company since he was able to answer all my questions with ease and he walked me through the entire process. I walked away feeling informed and confident. He was very easy to speak to and answered all my questions and was very patient taking as much time I as I needed to understand. The transfer from my former Roth IRA… The transfer from my former Roth IRA custodian was smooth enough. However, to transfer funds from my bank seems to be currently impossible. I tried to transfer funds to Vespa (?) bank, and since I do not have an account there, I cannot check to verify the small trial amounts. So far, that has been my only difficulty. Customer service has been, not unexpectedly, a bit slow, but that is understandable to me. Thank you for your service. Sincerely, Steve
