Had a very difficult time rolling over… Had a very difficult time rolling over funds. Was given incorrect instructions a couple of times. Funds were not credited to my account for an entire week. The check arrived on a Friday, I believe, but wasn’t logged until Tuesday. Very, very frustrating.

Funding took a long time There was not enough clear information about the funding through a rollover. It took much longer than expected. The scheduling of phone support is great.
