Shawn was very helpful in assisting me You have exceptional customer service. I've called a few times and each time my call was promptly answered by a very professional representative. In particular, I had some technical issues in setting up my Roth IRA and funding it. Shawn assisted me and was extremely professional and courteous in resolving matters, getting me successfully set up. You have an excellent employee in Shawn, and I would be very pleased to be assisted by him in the future.

Customer Service is Great. Customer service is excellent. I usually get a live person rather quickly and they have always been courteous and helpful. I recently did a Roth conversion, which is irreversible, so I was nervous about the process. Adam walked me through it and the whole process went smoothly. They offer 1% transaction fees and no maintenance fees. Great experience overall. Highly recommend.

I just opened a new account with ITrust… I just opened a new account with ITrust Capital and it was easy. My rep Ben walked me through how to tranfers funds from another IRA I have and now I'm just waiting for funds to be transferred. He answered all my questions and even followed up with an email to see if I had additional questions which I did. Though I'm just beginning with ITrustCapital - so far it's a fitting name, now we wait and see.
