Jonathan was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable in asking certain questions in which he was immediately able to give me solutions to. I had reached out because I was having…funding issues I had reached out because I was having trouble funding my account. Julian was very professional, helpful and patient walking me though the possible reasons for why it wasn’t working. Come to find out it was most likely because of my Nord vpn I have installed on my phone and iPad for security. I haven’t tried to fund my account yet, but if I have any further issues I won’t hesitate to call, you guys are great.
