Everyone has been helpful. Everything is just as it is says in the information and guidelines. Nothing to complain about The only drawback is the automated system for signing documents. When you cancel a request the system does not process it. But this is minor
The process of rolling over a 401k into an IRA was seamless. I found the customer support to be regularly helpful.
