I opened my traditional account 7 days ago and having a live person assist with my onboarding was reassuring and a bit surprising. even if I lost more than 10K in the last two months I have a positive hope I will be successful through iTrustCapital. I did not have retirement money and I am above 55 years old. I have a great hope I will get a great benefit from your financial organization for my retirement.
I have had iTrustCapital for 2 years, roth and traditional. I love it. They have added new features in this time. My favorite 2 are, conditional orders, and ACH transfers. Conditional orders ( limit orders ) are a must for me because i work and can't babysit todays markets. As for the ACH, you can't get any faster 2 or 3 days every time, $500 min deposit is good too. They have a good referral program and staking was just added. If you have problems like i do sometimes, you can talk to a HUMAN. Yea they got them too.

Customer service is superior, needed to move funds around, it was a breeze with there help, communication is the key and they have it!
I’ve called twice bcs I wasn’t sure my wire was received initially. I’m both cases, I got an agent on the phone immediately who explained what they saw on their end and in one case took corrective action to fix the issue. In both cases, the problem was resolved before I got off the phone. Both times, a manager followed up with a text to make sure I was satisfied. Very reassuring when your dealing with your money.
