iTrustCapital rep looks out for client iTrustCapital rep, Jonathan, texted me this morning to follow up on an email sent late afternoon yesterday. This was to confirm that funds set up to transfer into my iTrust Roth IRA were now available to trade. I had not yet read that email message so the text alerted me. Great timing. I was able to buy more BTC and ETH at a much lower price. While this was admittedly good luck, I appreciate that Jonathan was making sure that I had seen this funds transfer confirmation.
