Easy process to begin Crypto Investing into a Roth IRA!
Great experience getting setup, funded, and investing is assets. Well organized workflow, responsive team, and easy to use website. The company is off to a good start. Looking forward to more assets (tokens) being added as investment options and enhanced portfolio performance tracking.
Pretty easy setup which is nice and no fees should be the standard but the time it takes to get funds into platform is pretty bad. Most accounts I have credit the transfer same day (etrade, crypto.com, voyager, etc etc all allow use of funds upon transfer).
This product is fantastic giving an opportunity to put crypto and gold into our IRA which gives us the diversity we were looking for. Other than an initial delay do to a setup glitch everything went smooth once we were contacted by support. Thankfully, we were able to get in before this most recent crypto rally.
It's a very good app and is very helpful when it comes to transactions.
So far, I have been very pleased with all my experiences. At first, my concerns were with communication; however, your Team has done such a good job at answering all my emails in such a timely manner. They have been able to answer all my concerns and resolve matters quickly and professionally. Your website has improved tremendously and you just keep getting better and better. I love how you listen to your customers. I don't think there's a crypto company out there that's better than you guys. Really!
