I just moved both a traditional and a Roth IRA to ItrustCapital. They were very responsive to any questions and concerns I had about the transfer process. Trent was instrumental facilitating these transactions.

Funding process takes too long. I wish my IRA account is linked to bank account that allows me to wire money over for cash contribution.
I found the experience of rolling over my 401k fairly easy. It wasn't very straight forward how to contact someone on the phone but once I did I received great help from someone very polite. I also never did receive an email notifying me that my funds were ready to go, maybe I just didnt see it. I also didn't get a prompt to update my payment method which could be useful for 1st time users.
I am so happy about opening my iTrust account where I can buy and trade my cryptos and not have to worry about taxes each year. It really gives me peace of mind.
I love the conditional buy and sell orders, OH and the 1% order fees. .... Oh and NO OTHER FEES!!
