Such a fast setup compared to competitors. Fees are cheaper. Staff is friendly and well organized. Process was so much simpler. Very grateful.
Very easy to work with and very transparent
It is wonderful to have a place where you can benefit from the gains on cryptocurrency for retirement. I moved some of my retirement to iCapital so I could purchase Bitcoin, Eth, and some other popular coins. The move was mostly seemless, with a couple of minor things. Very little communication once the money was sent, it took more than a week to see the money in the account and only after I emailed. Pleased so far.
Customer service are very helpful. Whenever I call for some issues there was always someone to answer it. The only concerns I have is the availability of ordering type, staking or private wallet. But I’m hoping somewhere along the line you’ll have these features.
Experience so far has been great! Did a 401k rollover into roth ira. Had to schedule a support call a couple of times and each time they were prompt and were able to address my concerns immediately. Still new in this journey but have no complaints so far!!! Glad I found iTrustCapital!!!!

My husband had an IRA account with iTrust. He passed away in January of this year. The iTrust representatives were very helpful in transferring his account into my name. There were many types of documentation that were needed and steps that had to be taken. They were very sensitive to my loss and very thorough in leading me through the necessary steps.
Super friendly reps. Always willing to help solve issues. Conditional orders is a big plus. Can't wait for staking. A+
