The customer service I received from Trent was great. I had a very difficult time rolling over funds from my old account, but he was very responsive whenever I sent him emails and made sure to call me back to have an actual conversation. He eventually helped me figure out how to finish my transfer and was very patient and personable throughout the whole ordeal. So far so good using ITrustCapital.
I rolled over a former employer's 401(k) into a traditional IRA with iTrust. The company was fantastic, despite some challenges with the rollover. The 401(k) provider made a mistake with the rollover, sending the wrong check and issuing a chargeback to iTrust. I couldn't have been happier with the way iTrust handled it. The process to move funds from another IRA was easy to understand and do.
What I did with them so far: - When I signed up they dropped their monthly maintenance fee, so I was happy :) - Contribution for TY 2021 via domestic wire: seemed they were a little slow crediting it but it was towards the end of the year. I think it took ~5 business days but that may be because I just opened up the account and made a typo in my initial paperwork that needed to be corrected. - Contribution for TY 2022 via ACH (newly added feature). Billy Galicia at iTrustCapital was prompt in sending me the IRA Transfer Form after I messed up and sent the wrong file to them. I did require a couple of times of assistance throughout the process and customer service was there to help. Looking forward to the years ahead!

Jesus Santana helped me figure out my selling issue with their website. Turns out it was my out of date browser! My browser was not allowing me to enter an amount of tokens to sell. Simple fix once we figured it out. Thanks Guys!
